We comply with all the latest Health Board food regulations, which include refrigeration of the meat you have chosen.

In our cooking process the pig/lamb is completely visible - an impressive sight throughout the entire cooking process, giving maximum impact with the minimum of fuss. All spit-roasts are cooked from fresh on site. A whole pig takes approx. 7 -8 hours on a slow roast to cook depending on the size of the pig.

The pork is served with an accompaniment of sauces, together with fresh breads or rolls/baps.
