Pig on a Spit has been run by Tommy Doherty of Cannon Street meets for a few years. A well known butcher in Kells for over 18 years, he is well known for supplying the highest quality meats in the local area.
Tommy has a passion for producing meats with flavour and of providing a good service. All meat is selected and sourced from local farmers who can meet the special requirements needed to spit roast to perfection.
The pigs and lambs on spits that Tommy provides have both quality and taste - to make an an event that is a true taste spectacle.
No event is too large or small, Pig on a Spit can cater for 70 to 400 guests. However small or large the event, we maintain a high standard of service.
